Meet Elizabeth

BIRTH & POSTPARTUM DOULA

Elizabeth (she/her) is a transplant from Stone Mountain, Georgia. She moved to Middle Tennessee in 2010 after meeting her husband from Murfreesboro. They attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia and she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

After the birth of her second child, Elizabeth felt the tug in her heart to pursue birth work. Her experience with the assistance of a doula for the birth of both her children made her feel very strongly about helping other birthing individuals. It is her desire to instill confidence and provide comfort to all birthing persons. She is certified with BADT as a full-spectrum doula.

Elizabeth has two human children and two fur children. She enjoys adventuring and spending time outside. She also loves good conversation, reading books, and learning new skills.

“Elizabeth was our doula and was so friendly and incredibly helpful through our entire birth and after.”

“East Nashville Doulas are the best! Elizabeth was our doula and was so friendly and incredibly helpful through our entire birth and after. If she was not there to help me, I would have had a much harder time birthing our sweet baby girl. She always knew what to say and was so helpful for my family and husband as well! Highly recommend for anyone! Having a doula was the best decision my husband and I ever made.”
